Hi, I’m Meadow linder, LMFT.

I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in Northern California.

I am an East Coast transplant, who moved to California in 2008.   I was raised on a farm in Vermont and grew up in nature.  I spend time outdoors everyday, either trail running or swimming in the Bay.  I was a sociologist before I became a therapist, and in many ways I still view the world through that lens. What does that mean for you?  It means that I see your individual or relationship challenges as part of a broader system. Holding a broader perspective enables me to approach with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment or pathology. In working with couples, I start with the premise that neither partner is broken and no one is to blame. You are here because you want to feel differently, I want to facilitate that process.
